Your audience is the asset. Protect it.
A brand deal is a license: you let a company use your work, your face and your audience for a price and a time. The price is usually on page one. The time and the use are on page two.
I review sponsor and partnership offers, help you set up the company that signs them and register the name your audience knows you by.

Before you sign with a brand
Can the brand use my video as an ad?
Only if the contract says so. Look for the words usage, whitelisting or paid media, and for how long and where. If it isn't clear, send it to me.
Do I need a company before I take sponsors?
Not to say yes, but it helps. Income and liability are easier to separate, and brands often prefer to pay a business. I can form one in the same week as a deal review.
Will a trademark stop someone using my name?
It gives you a stronger footing. The trademark office examines every application and decides on its own, so I can't promise a registration.
Do you handle platform disputes?
I can help with a contract you signed with a platform or an agency. Account bans and takedowns that come without a contract are usually the platform's own process, and I'll say so up front.
Tell me about the offer
Tell me who the brand is and the date they want an answer. I'll reply with what it costs to review the offer and how to share it.
