This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. We collect little, and we don't sell it.

What you send us

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email, any phone number or date you add and your message. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether and how we can help. If you hire us, the file we keep is covered by our professional duty of confidentiality.

What the site collects on its own

Like most sites, this one may record basic visit information, such as the pages viewed and the type of device, to understand what is useful and to keep the site working. We don't use it to identify you personally.

Who sees it

Only the people at the firm, and the service providers that run our website, email and scheduling, who may use the information only to provide those services. We don't sell or rent your information.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (305) 555-0147 or emailing hello@fontanedalaw.com. We keep client files for as long as our professional rules require.

Changes

If we change this page we will update it here.
